Privacy Policy

ConvoDistrict is a 21+ real-time conversation platform operated by JTDUNLIMITED2. For privacy questions, contact the operator at the support address listed in your account settings.

• Account details: email address, screen name, bio and password (stored hashed).
• Profile media: one profile photo and up to five gallery photos you upload.
• Age verification result: a pass or fail outcome from our third-party verification provider. We do not store copies of your ID document.
• District and direct messages, including who you messaged and when, kept for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.
• Safety data: reports you file or receive, moderation actions, strikes and staff audit records.
• Payment data: our payment processor handles your card details. We store only the subscription status, purchase records and processor customer reference.
• Technical data: IP address, device fingerprint for "remember this device", and basic logs.

• To run your account, districts, direct messages and notifications.
• To confirm you are 21 or older before granting access.
• To process membership and private district payments.
• To investigate abuse reports and enforce the house rules.
• To secure accounts, including two-factor authentication and trusted devices.

District and direct messages are automatically purged 30 days after they are sent. Deleted districts and expired private districts remove their conversation history with them. Safety and audit records may be retained longer where required to handle abuse or legal requests.

Public District messages are visible to everyone in that district and to moderators and administrators. Private Districts are password protected and limited to five people; moderators cannot join or read them. Administrators may access any conversation only when required for a safety investigation or a lawful request, and every such access is recorded in an audit log.

We rely on third parties to run the platform: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our age verification provider and our GIF search provider. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

• Edit or delete your profile photo and gallery photos at any time in your profile.
• Change notification preferences in settings.
• Revoke trusted devices in settings.
• Request account deletion by contacting the operator. Deleting your account removes your profile and photos; safety records may be retained.

ConvoDistrict is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 21 to create an account, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

We may update this policy as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
