ConvoDistrict is for adults aged 21 and over only. You must complete age verification through our third-party provider before you can enter any District. Sharing your account or helping anyone under 21 gain access is grounds for permanent removal.

• Membership is $49.99 per month, with a $29.99 introductory rate for the first month.
• New accounts get 2 free login days before membership is required.
• Membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• There are no annual plans.

• Private Districts are purchased by time: 30 minutes $5, 1 hour $10, 2 hours $20, 4 hours $40.
• Voice is an optional flat $10 add-on per district, regardless of length.
• Private Districts hold a maximum of 5 people and require the host's password.
• No refunds are issued once a private district has started. Unused time is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

You agree not to post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, threats, harassment, doxxing, spam, scams or impersonation. No image uploads are permitted in any chat; images are limited to your profile photo and gallery. Report abuse using the in-app reporting tools.

Moderators may warn, mute, kick or suspend members in Public Districts. Administrators may ban accounts and access conversations when required for a safety investigation or a lawful request. We operate a three-strike discipline system; serious violations result in immediate permanent removal without a strike sequence and without refund.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant ConvoDistrict a limited licence to store and display your content so the service can function. Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for lost conversation time caused by outages, though we may credit private district time at our discretion.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Membership fees already paid are not refunded on termination for a breach.

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
